Returns Policy

General

All returns must be resalable, include the original packaging, and be accompanied by the correct receipt.

Returns must be received within 21 days from the date you receive your order. All returns must be shipped pre-paid and include an authorizations code from TPI as per the Returns Procedures listed below.  We recommend using a shipping service with tracking and delivery confirmation. Returns must be accompanied with a receipt and include an explanation for your return.

If you receive an item damaged during shipment, please contact us immediately at (240) 587-5582. If you received the wrong item, there will be no additional shipping charges when we ship the correct item; however, you will be responsible for paying shipping charges on ALL exchanges.  In the case of a refund for items purchased the refund will not include any of the shipping costs. 

Digital downloads - ALL digital download sales are final unless the downloaded file has been corrupted during the downloading process and is unusable.

Returns Procedures

  • Contact TPI at (240) 587-5582 regarding any returns to obtain an authorizations code.

  • TPI will (1) replace defective products and (2) reship orders improperly filled or electronically downloaded, only if an authorization code is first obtained from TPI.

  • TPI will not accept returns: (1) without prior authorization; or (2) after 21 days from shipment of the order. All materials, including the original accompanying packing list, must be returned. The authorization code must be clearly annotated and displayed on the return package.

  • TPI reserves the right to determine if an improper or incomplete return will be destroyed or returned to the consumer at the consumer's expense. No funds will be refunded or credited to an account without the return authorization code.
