How To Order

Members: 30-day terms are extended to TPI Quality Assurance Licensees, WTCA Component Manufacturer Members, & NFBA Members. Member orders may be placed by calling the TPI office, by faxing in the TPI Publication Order Form or a company Purchase Order, or by e-mailing the TPI Publication Order form to mcassidy@tpinst.org. Typically, orders are shipped Monday through Thursday, and invoices are sent out on Friday.

Non-members: Non-members must prepay all orders with a check or money order payable to the Truss Plate Institute (TPI does not take credit card orders). Pre-paid orders are generally shipped out within 24 hours, except that there is no shipping on Friday. A Publication Order Form may be downloaded here.

Government Agencies: The reduced "member" rates on all TPI publications (Ex: HIB-91 Booklet) are extended to building officials, plan reviewers, city inspectors, and any other state/local government agency. To order, either transmit a formal Purchase Order to the TPI office, or download a Publication Order Form and send it along with a check or money order with full payment to the TPI office.

Shipping/Handling

The shipping/handling policy for the 48 contiguous states requires prepaid orders to include $3 shipping for every $20 worth of publications ordered, with the exception that TPI pays shipping on prepaid orders for truss tags and HIB-91 Summary sheets. Call TPI for shipping rates outside the 48 contiguous states, and for bulk orders (i.e., 10 or more ) of HIB-91 booklets.

Discounts

All orders that total more than $100.00 are entitled to a 20% discount.

TAX for Virginia & Florida Orders

Virginia tax is 5%, unless exempt. Florida tax is 6% plus any additional county tax, unless exempt. If exempt, please give resale certification number.
