MEMBERSHIP

Plate Manufacturer Members - Truss Plate Institute members are truss plate manufacturers engaged in the manufacture, sale and distribution of metal connector plates for the wood truss industry. Members provide integrated component design and management software, featuring 2-D and 3-D CAD layout routines, lumber cutting and truss jigging solutions, & connection specifications. In addition, nearly all plate manufacturers offer professional engineering services and plant layout support. All plate manufacturers manufacture and/or broker an extensive array of truss/component assembly machinery, such as material handling equipment, computerized component cutting saws, hydraulic and roller presses, assembly tables with optional automatic jigging, and flat and vertical truss stacking systems.

Associate Members - Associate members are firms or individuals engaged in the business of supplying products, equipment, machinery or services generally used in the fabrication of metal connector plates and metal plate connected wood trusses. Honorary Members - Persons who have been selected by the TPI Board of Directors as having demonstrated sufficient interest in the metal plate connected wood truss industry.
